WilliamsAli Corporate Finance are pleased to have provided debt advisory services to a Gateshead-based corporate insurance broker which has secured a seven-figure refinance deal with specialist mid-market lender, ThinCats.
Todd & Cue specialises in the placement of insurance programmes for a wide spectrum of clients, including public companies, recognised professional practices, financial institutions, private companies, partnerships and sole traders.
The management team sought the advice of WilliamsAli Corporate Finance, who led the process to identify and secure a refinance package following the earlier MBO of Todd & Cue in 2017.
